On March 4, Ping Xinwei, Deputy General Manager of Xinjiang Energy (Group) Oil & Gas Co., Ltd., led a delegation to Beiken Energy for partnership discussions. Li Yuanjun, Vice President of Beiken Energy, welcomed the guests.
The delegation toured Beiken Energy's well control workshop, tubular workshop, and chemical laboratory, engaging in technical exchanges with onsite engineers. Ping praised Beiken's integrated technical service capabilities in oil and gas development, recognizing its exemplary role in Xinjiang's energy sector.
During the meeting, Ping acknowledged Beiken Energy's achievements in global business expansion and diversified operations after reviewing its development history, technical strengths, and international project portfolio.
Ping introduced Xinjiang Energy Oil & Gas as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Energy Group (a key state-owned enterprise), established in 2015. The company manages multiple oil and gas blocks with billion-ton reserves, driving Xinjiang's energy reform initiatives while promoting green development and low-carbon transformation.
Both parties explored collaboration opportunities in Xinjiang's oil and gas development. They agreed to strengthen cooperation to support Xinjiang's national energy base development and contribute to achieving China's dual-carbon goals through mutually beneficial partnerships.
