On March 28, Beiken Energy Group Co.,Ltd and CHINA ERA ENERGY POWER INVESTMENT (HOLDINGS) LIMITED held a business meeting at Beiken’s Chengdu office, culminating in a strategic cooperation agreement.
Liu Wenxuan, Vice President of Xinjiang Natural Gas Group and General Manager of Era Energy’s Kashgar North Project, led a delegation to meet with Beiken executives including CEO Wang Zhongjun and VP Li Yuanjun. Experts from both sides in geological exploration, engineering, production operations, and market development discussed collaborative opportunities in oil/gas projects, resource development, digital transformation, and talent development.
VP Li Yuanjun outlined Beiken’s diversified operations focusing on four core pillars: oil/gas exploration, integrated technical services, energy optimization, and digital solutions.
Liu Wenxuan praised Beiken’s progress in diversified operations while introducing Xinjiang Natural Gas Group’s strategic focus. He detailed the Kashgar North Project – a 3,146 km² block developed under Era Energy’s 30-year integrated exploration-development-production contract with PetroChina.
Era Energy recognized Beiken’s technical expertise, operational efficiency, and industry experience, particularly its talent management systems and digital solutions. Both parties agreed to collaborate on efficient resource development strategies.
The signed agreement establishes a framework for joint projects, including potential cooperation models for the Kashgar North Project. This partnership marks a critical step in advancing oil/gas development, with Beiken committing to leverage its strengths in supporting sustainable, technology-driven energy solutions.
