Beiken helped customer set new records

On February 19, with the successful completion of the casing cementing operation of well 227 in the oil layer of petrochina Southwest Oil and Gas Field, it marked the successful completion of the drilling and completion task of the day rate evaluation well in Zigong block.

As the daily rate drilling service provider of the well, under the strict and scientific guidance of the customer, Beiken designed the drilling cycle of 165 days, the actual drilling cycle of 123.34 days, and the drilling rate of the platinum target reached 94.07%, helping the customer to set a new record for the fastest drilling cycle of the appraisal well in Zigong block.

Not only that, recently, the well 201H8-9 in the West Chongqing block, which was drilled by Beken Energy, was successfully drilled with a drilling cycle of 64.4 days, refreshing the shortest drilling cycle in the West Chongqing block. At the same time, the well's quarto drilling cycle of 13.6 days, refreshing the record of the shortest drilling cycle in the West Chongqing block.
