On March 10, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Beiken Energy and Inner Mongolia Coal Geological Exploration (Group) Co., LTD. (referred to as Coal Exploration Group) drilling Engineering Company was held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, which marked the establishment of strategic cooperation between Beiken Energy and Coal Exploration Group in the development of conventional oil and gas resources.
Inner Mongolia Coal Geological Exploration (Group) Co., LTD., founded in April 2006, is a wholly-owned state-owned geological exploration and resource development integrated enterprise, which was restructured from Inner Mongolia Coal Geology Bureau, founded in October 1953, according to the overall arrangement of the geological exploration unit system reform in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
The group has 11 Grade A qualifications of various kinds of exploration and construction, more than 20 Grade B qualifications, and one provincial and ministerial key laboratory. By the end of 2021, the Group company has 17 subsidiaries (sub-companies). At present, there are 2114 employees, including 1151 senior titles, and the total assets are 4.5 billion yuan.
