Two new records were set at ROC Oil in JIAO 77

Recently, three Wells of JIAO 77 platform of ROC Oil (Chengdu) Co., LTD. (referred to as ROC Oil), which were drilled by Beiken Energy, were successfully drilled.

Among them, during the drilling process of the JIAO 77H well, the 2-cut 8-1/2" section was completed in one run, and the footage was 3,763 meters, setting a new record for ROC Oil in a single run in this area.

In the drilling process of more than one month, Beiken Energy actively cooperated with ROC Oil's technical and management team to carefully summarize the drilling technical data and experience of the JIAO 75 platform for the first time, and minimize the trip time by selecting drill tools and bits and efficiently ensuring on-site operations, laying a solid foundation for the drilling work of the JIAO 77 platform.

After the close cooperation of many parties, the design period of JIAO 77 platform was 49.4 days, and the actual completion time of Beiken Energy was 46.75 days, which not only realized the absolute safety of the whole process, but also created a new record of Beiken Energy with 12928.8 meters of footage in two months.

At present,  ROC Oil project department of Baiken Energy is busy with relocation work, their next task is more than 60 kilometers outside JIAO 76 platform two Wells drilling work, and strive to innovate indicators.
